Your name stays.
Everything else can go.

We’ll rebrand your business — the look, a new website, the artwork — and look after it, for $20 a week. Built in Smythesdale, for the Goldfields only.

Who this is for

Good at the job. Website from 2014. Email ends in bigpond.

Every good business between Ballarat and the Pyrenees that looks like it needs a hand. We know, because we drive past them.

Tradies

Earthmovers, sparkies, fencers, the bloke in Haddon with three trucks and one phone number that still works.

Shops and studios

The hairdresser, the fish and chip shop, the jeweller on the main street of a Goldfields town. Places people already love and cannot find.

Anyone who’s had a go

A site your nephew built, a logo from an app, a Facebook page doing all the work. Nothing wrong with any of it. Let us have a go at the rest.

Why bother

Not for your
regulars.

Your Facebook page is doing a job and we would not take it off you. It talks to the people who already know you are there. A website is for the other ones — the one who searched for what you do, the family driving through, the one who wants to know whether you are open before they get in the car. They are not following you yet. That is the point.

Facebook is not your address.

You do not own the page, you cannot see who it reached, and somebody without an account often gets a login screen instead of your menu. Your own site is yours, and it is still there on the day the page is not.

It answers at nine at night.

Open Wednesday? Where exactly? Have you got it, and what does it cost? Those get asked while you are asleep, and decided before you open.

Your Google listing has a gap.

That empty website button. Somebody has found you, wants to know more, and the best place Google can send them is missing.

Sometimes the answer is no.

If it will not get more people through your gate, you do not need one, and we will say so. We would rather tell you that than take twenty dollars a week for something decorative.

What’s in the $20

All of it.

  1. 01

    A new look

Colours that are yours, a face for your name, and a creature if you want one.

  2. 02

    A proper website

One page, with the lot on it — nobody hunts through a menu for your phone number. Your name set properly, in a face that suits the trade. Works on a phone, because that is where it will be read.

  3. 03

    Built new, not patched

We build you a new one; we do not get in behind the old one. No WordPress, no logins, no plugins going stale while you are on a job. Flat pages, and nothing on them that can break.

  4. 04

    Photos

We fix the ones you have, or drive out and take some. The ute, the shop, the work, you.

  5. 05

    Your name on Google

The listing sorted, the map pin in the right paddock, the hours right, reviews showing.

  6. 06

    An email address

you@yourbusiness.com.au, on your phone and your laptop, set up and working.

  7. 07

    Hosting, and all of that

The bits with acronyms. It sits on Amazon in Sydney — ours to look after, not yours to log into. Certificates, backups, the renewal that always lapses in January.

  8. 08

    Changes, when you want them

New number, new price, new stock, a job for the gallery, closed for the long weekend. Text it through. Done by Friday.

The price

A lobster
a week.

The rebrand

$20

a week

Everything above — the look, a new website of ours, and someone looking after it.

No setup fee. No contract.

The diary

From $100

once, then the same $20

Bookings online. People pick a time off your website — the appointment, the table, the truck for a Tuesday — and it turns up on your phone.

It lands in the calendar you already use

The shop

From $200

once, then the same $20

A cart and a checkout on your own website. Your products in with their photos and their prices, your Stripe or Square taking the money. New product, new price, sold out for the week — text it through, same as everything else. A long list of products is more, and we say so first.

Card fees are the card company’s, not ours

Anything else

Quoted

first, and small

Anything else with your name on it is a job, quoted before we start. Physical — an A-frame, shirts, a sign, the ute door, a menu board. Or more website than one page holds — four depots with their own hours, a range with a hundred things in it, a map of where you deliver. Printing, as always, is yours.

No markup on anybody else’s bill.

No
contract.

Weekly, by direct debit, cancel any time. The domain, the drawings and the artwork are yours and come with you if you go. We would rather you stayed because it is good.

How it goes

You pay
after.

  1. 01

    We make one first

Before you pay anything. Your name, your town, what you do — a whole first go, sent to you and nobody else. One look, decided, not a menu.

  2. 02

    You say yes, or no

No is fine. The link expires and nothing lingers. Yes, and we register the domain in your name that afternoon.

  3. 03

    Live in a week

Photos in, words right, Google sorted, email working. Then it is $20 a week from the Monday.

  4. 04

    Text us the changes

That is the whole arrangement. There is a person at the other end and his name is Huey.

We never rename you.

Your name is the one thing on the sign that already works: people know it, Google knows it, the invoices say it. We rebrand around it. Anyone who tells you to change it is selling you a new sign.

The creature is optional.

A character is the friendliest thing a small business can own, but it does not have to be the main event. On the socials, not the fascia, is a perfectly good answer.

We use the new tools.

A lot of the drawing and the first draft is done with AI, which is the reason this costs twenty dollars and not four thousand. We also know when to say no to it. Every one of these is looked at by a person before you see it.

Goldfields only.

Smythesdale, Ballarat, the Golden Plains, and about an hour around them. If we cannot drive out to you, we are not the right people, and we will say so.

Huey.

Your business name and your town is enough. We’ll make the first one and send it to you. No form, no meeting, nothing to sign.
